Which looks actually good. And to be doing something a bit different with the character, which makes a nice change, even if it is another sodding origin story*.
Better than After Earth:
Which looks pretty, and possibly entertaining, but nothing terribly exciting.
Or Oblivion:
which has Tom Cruise going for it, and some gorgeous shots, but a plot that looks to have been recycled on a regular basis since the dawn of Science Fiction.
*Seriously. Drop us into a movie about Batman that just assumes he exists. We'll cope. We don't need to start off with his creation story every single fucking time someone does a reboot.
