Long weekend

Friday night->Saturday afternoon was fun and games at the LAN party. Quake 2, AVP2 and Dawn of War were our choices (due to the age of some of the PCs), and damn fine ones they were too. AVP was particularly good fun - Four marines versus an alien, shrieking girlishly whenever _something_ moved, shooting each other by accident on a frequent basis. I'm already looking forward to the next one.

Last night was over to Erin's, helping her throw out a few last things in preparation for today's move.

And today will involve lots and lots of boxes being carried about. Thankfully she's moving into a ground floor flat, so the carrying won't be up multiple flights of stairs.

Boxes carried downstairs. Van packed, driven and unpacked. Some stuff put on shelves. Now lying in the sun in the garden recovering.
