Plenty at the town end. And quite a few at the Haymarket end too, including some restaurants and things. Oh and one shop with a big poster announcing 'The silence of the trams' with a picture of Hannibal Lecter.

Okay. We know the Master is in it. We know the Doctor regenerates. We know from the past that the Doctor regenerates when something bad and life-threatening happens to him

How do these things put together not making it blindingly, staggeringly obvious that the Master will be responsible for the Doctor nearly dying?
