Memory leaks: after 5-6 hours of work my Firefox can sometimes decide it wants 100% of CPU and fuck knows how much memory. Now I do chuck a lot at it (5-6 windows, sometimes a dozen tabs each) but it's still not on.
As for the offline bug, it's maybe because you don't do any localhost work. If FF has no connection to the internet, it switches itself into 'Offline mode' (which is largely pointless anyway) and then won't even browse localhost sites. What is even more irritating and really bad UI is that it says 'You can't go to this site because you are in offline mode. To leave offline mode, please do untick it in the menu'.
