Letter arrived from the builders.  Julie shoved it in the printer/scanner/copier, which chucked the results over its WiFi connection to her machine as a PDF, which she then emailed to me at work so I could phone them and tell them they were doing it wrong.

I had to rotate it so it was the right way up, but you can't have everything :->
