Re: Second link, that poor woman. I'd love to know how her insurance company got ahold of her FB pics if everything is locked down. Wonder if someone with a grudge sent them the photos? Or if she was tagged in a photo and then didn't un-tag it?

1) Yes, very much so.
2) Pictures don't tend to be as locked down as everything else. Not that it should matter.
