Wow, I wrote that game when I was 14! :-D Except it was competitive - 2 players starting at 3 and 9 o'clock, fighting to control more of the board. And there were 8 colours rather than 6. But otherwise, absolutely identical :)

As for the doctors who don't listen, I wonder how much of it is damage from severe sleep deprivation during internship.

Also, I've heard a complaint that medical training is wrongly structured-- dissection comes too early.
