It's interesting as I remember talking to an African American girl I worked with a few years ago and she was lamenting the fact that it was so hard to get hair products that worked for her [African American, as she plainly put it] hair type. I can only imagine that some salon stylists wouldn't have the right skills either, but that's more to do with individual training than racism.

It's not a good situation either way, but I do feel that this is a bit of a ridiculous media over-reaction. As one of the article comments says, they could have apologised and referred her to a better salon.

Having stylists that can cope with all hair style except the ones most common amongst an ethnic community that suffers a lot of racism would be something that you'd try to avoid, I would think...

That's assuming a lot, unfortunately. Generally salons rent out chairs to stylists and as long as the chairs are filled...

If the salon in question had handled it better, I don't think this would be a story.

How many years have you been alive and that was an interesting video to you? Even if I hadn't seen plenty of very close close up female orgasms, I, as a completely non porn watching person, have still seen plenty of them on film.

There's something off about your tone here - I know you don't mean to, but you're coming across as patronising because you've encountered something before and I haven't.

I've encountered plenty of orgasms close-up, but strangely my concentration is quite distracted, and usually there's a fair bit of movement going on - also the angle isn't as good as that. And I've seen no porn that focussed on women's orgasms - certainly not in that kind of detail.

Sorry, tone unintended, and I was more referring to the porn than the real-life examination. Internet sites like YouPorn, as far as I can tell, practically specialise in close-ups of female orgasms. Possibly because guys in real life never see them*...
