I recall hearing about a porno years ago starring a Bill Clinton lookie-likie based around the "I tried it but didn't inhale" line, where it imagined what could have happened if he had inhaled. And of course, when the Lewinski scandal blew up there was Bill/Monica/Cigar porn coming out of the walls. So I think it's more a case that if the interest in the person is there and if the person in question is at least moderately photogenic, then it's near enough an inevitability.
