This reminds me of an Israeli documentary I saw at the EIFF a number of years ago called How I Learned to Overcome My Fear and Love Ariel Sharon, in which there the somewhat surreal image of a guy in Hasidic dress blazing away on an electric guitar and singing lyrics endorsing Sharon's politics.

I also wonder what this rabbi would think of John Zorn - probably not much.
