Woke up with a terribly croaky voice and no wish to inflict it on other people. So I have followed the path of moral weakness and resigned myself to a day of surfing the interwebs and watching TV from the sofa. Woe is me :->

I am able to connect to my work computer remotely and work from home. This makes me feel less guilty about staying home when I'm feeling slightly sick, as I am still able to do work on those days. But on the other hand, on those days when I'm feeling moderately to highly sick, when I might have used to take sick leave, now I feel somewhat guilty if I don't work from home, since it seems to me that if I am able to watch TV and surf the web, surely I ought to really be working. And god forbid if I start feeling like going shopping while I'm sick :).
