Good news everybody!

Legal "stuff" now having been concluded, my flat is now sold as of the 10th of July. For £115,000.

Just have to get the last couple of details sorted for buying the new one, which should be mine as of the 29th of June, thus giving me a week or so to play around with it, get the carpets changed, etc.

Yup. He phoned and was briefly moany. He said "I'd have gone up to £112k" - and I was polite but firm with him. To be honest, discovering that someone knew they were getting a great deal out of me never endears them to me...
