andrewduckerLegal "stuff" now having been concluded, my flat is now sold as of the 10th of July. For £115,000.
Just have to get the last couple of details sorted for buying the new one, which should be mine as of the 29th of June, thus giving me a week or so to play around with it, get the carpets changed, etc.
