I'm now playing Cthulhu on Saturday with pisica and then board games on Sunday with Rob in Stirling.  Neither was planned, but both came up when I had gaps in my schedule - nice timing.  I'm surprised to find myself enjoying having time to myself at home, and not feeling lonely at all - going out and doing stuff with cool people is always welcome though.

I've heard of a very good card game called "Munchkin".


Cards include "Bribe the DM with Pizza" "Weight the orc's dice" and "kick everyone else under the table". It's the sort of thing you might enjoy - totally bonkers :P.


Are the Cthulhu related books available online?

Not played Muhchkin, but I've heard good things.

And the Cthulhu RPG is available from a range of places.

My bf found a site - perfectly legal, AFAIK - where .pdf files of OOP Cthulhu books are available. I think he paid 5-10 bucks each or something. If you'd like details I'll patch him through to you.
