Date: 2005-03-12 11:17 pm (UTC)I'm already doing a (series of) qualifications relating to networking at school. When I leave the 6th form in 3 years time (well.....not quite), I'll be CCNA, A+, MCNA, MCSE, IENA, iPro, and other random letters - Certified. I don't know how many schools in the country offer those; but I don't think it's a lot, probably as they're somewhere between an A level and a degree in difficulty. I think the full CCNA is a diploma, but I'm not sure. At any rate, it's a really well taught class, and it's really well written - last year's pass rate was 40% ish; dropout rate is 85%.
I can't really work out what that course is equal to however. But still, more knowledgeable geeks == good things!
