Aaah, honesty at last

Like many of you I think self-improvement is a fantastic idea.
I, however, have enough self-awareness to know that I'm just not going to spend all that time down the gym, that I'll continue to read a fair bit, but of the wrong kinds of books, will probably tame a neurosis or two, but not the right ones, or enough of them and will generally continue to be a lazy layabout whose idea of a good time is beating my flatmate at Mario-Kart best two out of three.
If you could do with a refreshingly witty injkection of this same honesty then go here and read some tips on how you won't improve your life overnight, along with a few actually useful things you can do without vast amounts of effort (and are therefore vaguely likely to actually manage).
