A bunch of different artists draw art such that you can zoom in from on piece to the next.  Very nicely done, and gorgeously pretty in places.

Funny you should ask! I emailed the link to a guy into Blitz 3D and he replied today, pointing me to this screenshot on his website...

He didn't code it, and that's apparently an early version, but that should point you to the answer anyway. I'm assuming the original was done in Blitz3D, though it's possible they've just cloned the idea, though you'd think they'd use diferent graphics if that was the case. (Not heard back yet as to whether the Blitz coder did the original.)
