Yeah, there's a word I most always mispell the first time, too.

If you use Word, you can set them up in your autocorrect (the catch with this is that you will then reinforce the error in other contexts). For many years (when I wrote daily about social security issues) mine was bneefit.

And I rarely use Word - I use email and LJ an awful lot more.

My consistent typos are databse and chracter.

I don't think I consistently misspell anything, but there again I wouldn't necessarily know unless someone or something (spell-checker, which I hardly ever use) points it out.

Cripes, it is a real word. I just assumed since I occasionally throw that G in there by accident myself that it was a misspelling. Actually, I'm still not convinced that it isn't sometimes, at least if I'm reading something that's already full of typos.

I set up my Word to auto correct my constant typo - interset for interest.

I always write "suprise" and have to go back and correct it. Part of the problem is that this particular misspelling looks correct inside my brain.

Actually, there are a LOT of words I spell wrong the first time. Like resteraunt. Also anything that has a double letter. Or a single one. Actually, it's mostly words with vowels.
