3:30am.

I hate insomnia.

Fell asleep at 11:30.  Woke up at 2:30.

Tried 15 positions to get back to sleep in.

Going back to try another 15 now.

If it's jetlag, don't fight it. Just stay awake until you do get sleepy enough to sleep. And if you get sleepy in the middle of the day, letting the sun shine on your face may help to get you back in tune with the local time. If sunshine is available.
