Woke up at 6:30 and it took me ten minutes to wake up enough to realise it's Sunday and my alarm would not be going off at 7. By which point I was too awake to get back to sleep.

Just talked to my wife, at about 6:40 (she's in China, so it was 19:40 there). She suggested: have your breakfast and go back to sleep. That's my plan now.

Gideon woke up about an hour later, so it would have been very short lived in any case.
