If we didn't have vaccines, then doom. Thankfully, we have vaccines! And I got mine two weeks ago!

(Possibly doom because we make them so expensive in the UK.)

On balance suspect doom more likely though obvs worse doom elsewhere.

(I have in my head snatches of a terrible, campy, song from something, about bad things sneaking up on people. But I cannot pin it down to any actual words or music. I am hoping that it comes to me later.)

We have facemasks too but I don't see many people using them, although Covid is apparently rife at the moment.

I think that with most people sharing offices and the like, they don't feel that facemasks out and about are going to make a big difference to whether they catch it.

I think my Betsy died from a post COVID heart attack. She was 50, never had heart problems before, fell over dead in her kitchen.
