3) a. It sounds as if the judge would have been equally agreeable if the sorority had decided to exclude trans women. It's their business and they were clear about their policies, is what the judge said.
b. Indeed, there's a link to another article about a trans-rejecting sorority.
c. The complaint accused the trans woman of having an "angry glare." Unless the argument was that the bylaws should prohibit acceptance of pledges with angry glares, this observation had no place in the complaint.
d. The sorority is Kappa Kappa Gamma, which I've seen rendered as Kappa Kappa Gowna.
