It's directly relevant for me, because when cooking for the SCA, I tend to favor the Islamic cookbooks. (Which were, as a general rule, way more interesting than those from the Christian countries.) And one of the most common ingredients there is "tail of fat lamb". Now I actually know what that is talking about...
