fun fact: Pat mAcDonald from Timbuk3 for the past 20 years has lived in Door County, Wisconsin, which is where I grew up. We got to play a benefit show for a skate park with him. He does "stomp stomp" acoustic guitar stuff these days I think. I think his dad owned a bar up there (Sister Bay). Pat now owns a motel in Sturgeon Bay dedicated to promoting local music, with a radio station (I think?) and a yearly festival:
