Peak bonkers. The whole thing is.

I think mixed changing and toilet facilities as the norm is he only sensible answer, but I'm aware it's not the most popular opinion.

But then I live in a part of Germany where naturist beaches and mixed naked saunas have been the tradition for a long time. Though sadly, the influence of the West after unification means it seems that fewer younger people are carrying this on. :-(

Our new (in 2000) office had pairs of single toilets dotted around the buildings. Initially these were all unisex, After a while some pairs became a male and a female, probably because British men don't have the German habit of sitting down to pee.
