Unfortunately, we also get the same anti-trans lobbies here too trying to have politicians ban hormone therapy, ban gender talk from the sex ed curriculum, etc. with the same baseless arguments you hear elsewhere, and little regard for any studies or facts. It's still very important that these studies exist though.

I'm trans msyelf and transitioned at fifteen back in the seventies of the last century and such studies have been going on throughout that time always finding that such treatments are positive and useful but try telling that to the hatemongers! :o(
