I'm glad somebody is taking wet bulb temperatures seriously. And that university happens to be where I work remotely.

This is why I ignore condescending suggestions that surely air-conditioning is unnecessary, unlike heating in a cold climate, by people whose only experience of heat is lying on a beach cultivating their melanomas.

Yep I'm great at not tolerating hot humid days. I just stop sweating and get heat exhaustion very easily. And all the fluids in the world don't seem to help me. My body just doesn't regulate temps over 95F here in humid Maryland very well.

I requested that my partner set up home automation warnings for me when the humidity gets over 60%, inside or outside, because that's the threshold where I start being unable to tolerate 75F temperatures, or standing up.

We're mostly attempting to stay ahead of the chance of mold with our dehumidifiers. The heat pump heads do dehumidify some while in cold mode, and drain outside. We also have a small dehumidifier in the bathroom and one downstairs, the main two damp zones.
