Don’t forget that the previous President of A$ made a very emotional speech about how she struggles with wanting to MURDER her Autistic daughter, with said 8 year old daughter sitting beside her.

It's worse than that. This daughter is clearly verbal, and she said in front of her that the only reason she doesn't do murder-suicide is because it might affect her other child (the one she likes, the one that's normal).

And when called on it, claimed that all parents of autistic children feel that way, actually, so it's all right to say it.

That's the egregiously awful Autism Every Day video, which they kept up for years before deciding it had gotten too much bad publicity and scrubbed it. Did you see my post about the two children who were murdered the same week it came out? Their reaction to that craptastic news was about as wonderful as you'd expect.
