I think spy satellites have a resolution of about 15cm, so a top end view would easily see a car and could probably tell you what type of car or lorry it was - not make and model but whether it was a 4x4 or a hatchback.

I never seem to see mask data include cloth masks with filter inserts.

Nor 'cloth mask over surgical mask', which is our shop's fallback if we can't source N95s.

I wish I had links to hand but I do occasionally see that come up and, if it helps, my hazy memory is that cloth-over-surgical works quite well, rather better than surgical alone, possibly mostly in bringing the sides better against one's skin.

I prefer cloth masks (easier to match to clothes, and more comfortable in a tropical climate), and all of mine have filter pockets and nose-wires. That's pretty much standard by now. A lot of them have adjustment cords too, to fit closer to the face, though for those of us with round faces its not so much an issue...my friend has a thin face and has to wear child-size. The fancy Korean KF94s are very popular; much more comfortable than N95s and easy to order online. Pricey, though, since they're technically not reusable.

You can get little separate plastic mesh muzzle inserts to put in your mask too, to keep it away from your face.

Basically, any proper mask is fine if everyone is wearing one.
