Doesn't always work of course.

I loved school aged six but loathed it aged eleven when I went to secondary (you'll remember Kent was selective and I made the mistake of 'passing'.

I flunked out, unqualified, at age fifteen and, well, you know the rest.

Loved uni though! How many these days would take a chance on an unqualified nineteen year old?

I loved school all the way through but that's because my childhood was horrific most of the time and at school they gave me food! and attention! and books!
