Think the last Bond movie I watched was the one with Grace Jones, and I watched that for Grace Jones. Watched one other Roger Moore Bond movie, and the one with Diana Rigg, but the only SeaN Connery one I haven't seen is the one where he'd been replaced but it gets called a Bond movie anyway ~ I think. It was his last one anyway. Might have watched a new one if Idris Elba had become Bond, but they began to feel tacky and irrelevant to me; very quickly after Connery.

The first of the Daniel Craig movies (Casino Royale) is worth a watch. They took all of the camp out of the films. Might not be your kind of thing, of course.

The Connery one you're thinking of is Never Say Never Again. Which is fun, but quite silly.

The cynic in me thinks that this whole SuperLeague stunt was timed so that no one protests against the CL reform which is more or less just as bad.

It'll be interesting to see if any of the Spanish or Italian clubs will go bankrupt in the coming months. Though I suspect they will always find a solution to prevent that.
