Hmmm. Thanks for the link. I'm trying to give it a thorough read. I wonder if burnout is the right description for why I've been so tired for 3 years, ever since starting this most recent highly-social tier 1 support job.

That is how it tends to manifest. If you find yourself exhausted, but unable to sleep, then burnout is certainly plausible.
