Humorous fellow!

His experience is totally unlike mine; sounds like he could use some help understanding how to use his computer-- many of his complaints can be traced to system settings, which he apparently is unfamiliar with. But I can see that this actually helps support his rant. Maybe he should switch to pencil and paper?

ROTFL! I use a Mac at work, and I've encountered pretty much all of those things. As an added problem, from a UK perspective, the inverted comma is in the wrong place. Its hard to describe just how annoying this is.
