3. Yeah. This goes into detail about allegations I've read elsewhere. Disturbing as Hell, because Putin and Dugin figure that if they can't break up the EU, maybe it might be better for their ambitions to switch to co-opting the member states' governments to extend their own ideological reach.

Unloved energy
