There are only 70 trans prisoners in UK jails.............

Date: 2017-11-27 01:16 pm (UTC)At the moment, my money is on continued falling costs and continued increases in installed capacity and continued technical progress and I think the onus is on anyone claiming that the near future won't be like the near past to do some explaining, in detail.

But there's still loads of cash being injected into research, so hopefully we'll find more improvements.
