Hmmm....... I think someone needs to read some history!

2. Yeah, this is going to be a legal and ethical snake pit over the next few months, isn't it?

Is the Queen in any position to say, "No, you can't actually form a government with the current Parliament. Try again"?

Because I thought that's what heads of state were basically for in parliamentary systems?
