The first post-referendum poll for Scottish Westminster voting intentions shows Labour in total meltdown North of the border.
SNP: 52%, Labour: 23%, Conservatives 10%, Lib-Dems and Greens: 6% each.
If this keeps up then Labour are going to get four Scottish seats, Lib-Dems one, and the rest of them will go SNP.
Which means it's remarkably likely that any party that wants power following the election is going to have to form a coalition with the SNP.
This is going to be _hilarious_.
(I have no idea if this level of support will continue. I will enjoy watching the political classes panic about it though.)

Date: 2014-10-31 12:37 am (UTC)I suspect devo-max is pretty much guaranteed in future, but as the SNP actually thinks about constitutional stuff we might get people prepared to talk about England other than in "English Parliament Raaaaah" terms.
