2. decreasing the number of children living in poverty
3. ensuring gender equality
2 & 3 in particular seem left as an exercise for the reader ... (Or alternatively, the only reason we haven't succeeded in 2 & 3 yet, because we didn't realise they are vital for improving maths ability. Now we know that, we'll get right on it.)
