Dinner today was ginger chicken and pineapple stir-fry on a bed of Beansprouts (lightly friend with balsamic vinegar) with petit pois on the side.

It's amazing what you get the urge to take pictures of when you've got a webcam right there.

If you are still low carbing (even in a relaxed fasion), that's way too many peas/sweetcorn. Go look it up (http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl)

There are too many peas there - largely because I was crap at pouring them out. There's not actually that much sweetcorn there, largely because the top level is ontop of a large pile of beansprouts.
