Only the end of the world again

It's not about the people out there saving the world, but about a few average** people trying to live the few days they have left. I love it to bits, and it's better than this trailer makes it look:
I've seen trailers for things like Melancholia (which I fancy), which seems to riff on the same idea. But this seems to be so close that I wonder if they aren't going to end up taken to court over it:
As I like both Steve Carell and Kiera Knightley, I'm still rather tempted though.
