Pirates: In an adventure with bankers

I was most amused by this:

which is a Pirate flag flying over the original Royal Bank of Scotland HQ.

I'm going to blame Occupy Edinburgh, who are based about 50 feet away...

Somewhat sad that absolutely no papers picked it up.

It's not the former RBS HQ - which was 42 St Andrew Sq - but the branch at 36 SAS - a former Georgian mansion originally known (I think) as Dundas House.

It is however a wonderful picture.

Do you know if it was real or did someone Photoshop it?

Anyhow, I'm going to nick it and post it on Facebook, where my friends who used to work at RBS are more likely to see it...

Oddly, the building I intermittently work in at the bottom of Dundas Street is also known as Dundas House.

It's real - done on Christmas Day by the Occupy People taking up the centre of St Andrews Square.
