I came here to post "What about the 'HELL NO!' option?" but I see someone beat me to it.

The only allowed exception to my "No" vote would be for the wedding invitations for Roger and Jessica Rabbit. (Or equivalent.)

-- Steve knows there's broad ranges in tastes, but surely folks can pick a more, well, elegant font for an elegant event?

Elegant event? Is Andy not getting an invite to his own wedding?

Unless you're being deliberately ironic of course. Would go well with Asti Spumanti for the toast...

This is even a question?

Heck, I nearly had to go to small claims court over my wedding dress.

The best man had his license suspended because he had his girlfriend on the back of the bike so wouldn't outrun the cops by going through a construction site.

I don't remember my wedding ceremony due to illness.

I spent the evening at the hospital after vomiting on the head table.

...And I had more class than to use Comic Sans for the invitations.

If it's going to be a casual wedding, then I'd say comic sans was eminently suitable.

Casual as in dress code, not casual as in relationship.

Also good for outing people who care too much about fonts :-D

This - I went for "No" only because there was no "It depends" option, and so I made a guess based on the premise that most weddings are at least semi-formal.

Comic sans looks like chalk on a board to me. Quite nice for rough notes, but because it *reminds* me they are rough notes.
