So, I was off work yesterday and today.

I seem to feel fine when I'm sitting still, but standing up for more than a minute or so leads to dizziness, and more than three minutes leads to hot and cold sweats and shivering.

Any ideas?

Well, more than average, but they tend to be short-circuited unless you get to them fast...
