I say "none of the above".

If the answer is 25%, then you are correct 50% of the time (wrong).
If the answer is 50%, then you are correct 25% of the time (wrong).
If the answer is 60%, then you are correct 25% of the time (wrong).

Although I have been known to be wrong in the past.

The answer's 0%. There is no chance of randomly picking a correct answer from the multiple choices, as each one you pick will be wrong.

The multiple choice answers are part of the question, not possible answers to it. There's nothing that states you have to pick A), B), C), or D) as an answer to the question, it only asks what would happen if you did.

I'm writing an assignment atm, and I have to keep reminding myself to answer the question.

I just tried choosing a random answer and got "9" which isn't even a probability. So apparently 0%, although that's a very literal interpretation of "you" :)

I suppose ~0% as there are a near infinite number of random answers, but one correct answer that lies somewhere very close to 0%.

The question doesn't say you need to select an answer from A,B,C or D.

Clearly the answer is E) It's not Jackie Chan

The question doesn't stipulate "an answer from the options below" and so this makes little sense.

I always assumed the regulated index for Chuck Norris was

Chuck Norris) Chuck Norris

So, in summary it could either Chuck Norris or Not Jackie Chan... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8u4CEBVq7s

...but Chuck Norris IS Not Jackie Chan. So either way, he wins!
