It's been hanging over us since devolution in 1997. And the SNP have been around a lot longer than that. People are actually hoping that a significant No vote here will shut the SNP up for a decade or two.

Mind you, from that report we'd be better off with a Yes vote, which would at least mean that we had a change, and could stop worrying about it.
