Yeah, Dropbox is just awesome, and I really can't see this replacing that. I can't actually think what Dropbox is missing, to be honest.

I think GDrive might be useful for people writing apps that need some centralised storage somewhere (that don't want to handle it themselves), but other than that it does seem a little redundant.

If you want to know what other people think needs to be added to Dropbox you can always check out their feature request subsite. :) You get six votes a month and I used five of mine on this feature.
