lol, I was just having a minor rant at my SO about this before I logged in!
Funnily enough a good number of people have posted complaints :)

I'm not sure which annoys me more at the moment; the poor use of English I keep seeing everywhere, or working in a job where I'm regularly reminded that I need to speak in 'plain English', i.e. dumb down everything I say, with the result that I end up not able to say what I really mean...
