Most of the way, at least, in that picture.

I wonder if it's intentional that the influence of Tom Baker's scarf just about reaches the full range of Doctors in Old Who, and doesn't go near the New Who trio?

I think the newest Doctor owes more to Tom Baker than any other Doctor since has.

Colin Baker just isn't garish enough. (And I never thought I'd have occasion to utter that sentence.)

Eccleston is perhaps the least convincing of the lot, but I don't think there's really any way to render him recognisably as an owl. His Doctor was just fundamentally non-owl-shaped.

I had a double take moment with that.

Agree that 10's eyes are great. But 5 makes a terribly owl and 6 and 11 don't look much like themselves! I like 3's expression!
