Good customer service
May. 19th, 2010 03:58 pmMy new HTC Desire is waiting for me at home.
It was sent out via DPD - who actually seem to provide a good delivery service. I knew the delivery was going to arrive today - and this morning I got a text saying that my delivery would be out today between 3:45 and 4:45, and if I wanted to change the delivery day I could text back 1 for tomorrow, 2 for the day after or 3 for Monday. As it was, Julie was going to be in all day, but having both a one hour slot for delivery and the simple ability to postpone the delivery for a day or three if necessary is great.
I do hope this catches on.

Date: 2010-05-19 06:39 pm (UTC)I'd definitely consider another Android when I next upgrade in 4 or so years (I generally replace my phones only when the battery life gets unbearable).
