So, the SNP did quite well out of it, largely because the second vote is divided into regions rather than being across the whole of Scotland. Greens should probably have had an extra couple of seats, Lib-Dems maybe an additional one. Conservatives one less.

As far as proportionality goes, I think we're doing ok. Having the list seats be across the whole of Scotland, or channgig the proportion of list seats to 50:50 (rather than 57:43) would both improve matters, and mean that we'd have a "proper" minority government, rather than one that was only two seats short of a majority.
